Refund policy
We do not allow refunds. We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with any tags attached (if there are tags), with no sign of wear, alterations, stains, perfume or odor within 7 days. If you are unhappy with your purchase please send all exchange requests to info@chuckybeeskloset.com
When sending your request please send your full name, order number, product you are attempting to exchange along with the reason for the exchange.
The returned item will be thoroughly inspected for signs of wear, tear, stains, odor and damage. If we detect that an item fits any of the above, we will refuse the package and have it returned back to you. Please note that Chucky Bees Kloset has the right to refuse an exchange due to any item not in its original condition, has been worn, has an odor, damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error.
We do not issue return shipping labels. Shipping label costs will be the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. The item should be shipped back to us within 7 days after receipt of your package. The return address will be on your package
Merchandise must be in the same condition that it was received for an exchange to be approved and issued store credit. Store credit will be given in the form of an e-gift card minus shipping fees. Store credit will never expire.
Any item that is not received within the 7-day period will be refused for an exchange.
ALL WHITE CLOTHING
Please note that if you purchase all white clothing we will not accept a return for any reason. Returns for all white clothing will not be accepted or allowed.We will reserve the right to request pictures in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or incorrect items sent.SWIMWEAR AND UNDERGARMENTS
All swimwear and undergarments are all final sale.
SALE ITEMS
All items that are on sale or discounted are final sale! There will be no exchanges or refunds for sale items or discounted! Please make sure you purchase the correct size. Please also note that bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments are all FINAL SALE. There will be no exceptions!
SHOE RETURN POLICY
We accept shoe returns up to 7 days after delivery of your order as long as the shoes are unworn, show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging. Shoes must be tried on indoors preferably on carpet. Any shoes returned with scuffs on the bottom or signs of wear will be returned and no return will be issued.
NOTE: The store is not responsible for any items lost or inconvenienced due to courier services. For any reason, if the item is returned, we are not responsible for the shipping costs. Please check your address carefully before placing an order.
