Shipping policy

Thanks for visiting and shopping at Chucky Bees Kloset, following are the terms and conditions that guide our Shipping Policy.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct. Please use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address our customer service dept. will contact you to try and resolve this matter. If you do not respond after several attempts of us contacting you, please note that your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded to you. 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All products are processed within 24 -72 hours and sent to the fulfilment centre for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. The order delivery usually depends on your location.

 Please contact USPS Customer Service directly for shipping delays or problems once the package has left our facility.

We highly recommend that you be present during the scheduled day of delivery to prevent any packages from being misplaced or left unattended.

NOTE: Chucky Bees Kloset is not responsible or liable for any U.S. Postal Service errors during transit, including damage and loss of package and for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time frames. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Chucky Bees Kloset will not be responsible for packages that report as delivered.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after your order has been processed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Chucky Bees Kloset is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover).  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number.
